Paneer Satay step by step

  1. Cut paneer in finger shape and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl put cornflour and all purpose flour and add 1 tsp schezwan chutney,1 tsp vinegar,1 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp chilli powder and add salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Now add some water to it and make semi thick batter.
  4. Now dip paneer in this batter and fry carefully on medium flame and flip it time to time.
  5. Now take skewer or tooth pick and insert it in each paneer pieces and keep aside.
  6. Now heat a pan put little oil and put roasted crushed peanut and saute it for a minute Add grated ginger, tomato ketchup, 1 tsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and mix well.
  7. Now add salt, red chilli powder and stir it.
  8. Now take a bowl put 1/2 cup of water and add 1/2 tsp cornflour and mix well and add it to the sauce in the pan and stir it Add little water if needed.
  9. Now put fried paneer sticks into the sauce and flip it.
