Ingredients of Paneer Satay
- It's 250 gm of Paneer.
- It's 4 tbsp of Cornflour.
- You need 2 tbsp of all purpose flour.
- It's 2 tbsp of schezwan chutney.
- You need 2 tbsp of vinegar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
- It's 2 tbsp of soya sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of grated ginger.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of roasted crushed peanut.
- You need as needed of Oil for frying.
- It's to taste of Salt.
Paneer Satay step by step
- Cut paneer in finger shape and keep aside.
- Take a bowl put cornflour and all purpose flour and add 1 tsp schezwan chutney,1 tsp vinegar,1 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp chilli powder and add salt to taste and mix well.
- Now add some water to it and make semi thick batter.
- Now dip paneer in this batter and fry carefully on medium flame and flip it time to time.
- Now take skewer or tooth pick and insert it in each paneer pieces and keep aside.
- Now heat a pan put little oil and put roasted crushed peanut and saute it for a minute Add grated ginger, tomato ketchup, 1 tsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and mix well.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder and stir it.
- Now take a bowl put 1/2 cup of water and add 1/2 tsp cornflour and mix well and add it to the sauce in the pan and stir it Add little water if needed.
- Now put fried paneer sticks into the sauce and flip it.
- Now paneer satay is ready.
