Recipe: Yummy Nacho Bake

  4. You need 300 grams of sour cream.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of corn kernels.
  6. Prepare 125 grams of four bean mix (or red kidney).
  7. Prepare 40 grams of chilli con carne mix (powder).
  8. It's 3 cup of grated cheese.
  9. It's 250 grams of cream cheese.
  10. You need 1 of onion, chopped.
  11. Prepare 1 kg of beef mince.

They're a great snack, party appetizer, or even casual weeknight dinner. Everybody loves the ground beef and bean. For a tasty meal you can't go past this nacho bake. A tomato, mince and bean mix topped with Doritos corn chips and served with a delicious guacamole.

Nacho Bake instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180°F Celsius.
  2. Brown meat and onion.
  3. Add tomatoes beans and corn to meat mix.
  4. Cover bottom of baking dish with corn chips.
  5. Layer grated cheese and meat mix on top of corn chips. Add cream cheese to top (we melt our jar of cream cheese in the microwave to make it pourable).
  6. Keep layering meat and cheese until you reach desired amount (top with grated cheese).
  7. Add to oven until cheese fully melted.

Vegetarian Nacho Bake: One of my favourite meals to have is nachos. Who doesn't love their crunchy chips, saucy spicy and cheesy goodness?? I have recently fell in love. It's basically all the usual nacho toppings (ground beef, cheese, sour cream, beans, onions, and peppers) layered in a tray and baked until it gets gooey.
