- You need 1 of whole poussin.
- It's 1 tbsp of garlic mince.
- Prepare 250 ml of coconut milk.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of crushed candlenut.

Roasted Poussin step by step
- Cut the backbone of poussin to spatchcock using kitchen scissor, press the breast using your hands to break the bone, season with salt and pepper.
