- Prepare 1 kg of mince.
- It's 3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 4 tbsp of green chilli chopped.
- You need 11/2 tsp of salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of whole cumin.
- It's 1 tbsp of garam masala powder.
- You need 1/4 bunch of fresh coriander (Dhanya).
- It's 2 of large onions.

- You need of Samoosa Pur.
- You need 1/4 cup of flour.
Mince Filling for Samoosa instructions
- Finely chop the onions and coriander, put aside till mince cooked..
- Cook mince in a flat pot, add in the ginger garlic paste, mix in well and cook on high..
- Add in the finely chopped green chillies, with a wooden spoon stir/mix it in till all the water evaporates and oil seen by the sides of the pot..
- Cook on medium heat for 10-15 mins, strain the mince, throw in the extra oil from the meat, this will make it dry for the samoosa filling. Put the mince back in a pot..
- Add in the salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin and 4 tbsp lemon juice, Mix well..
- Close the pot and Let the mince cook on slow heat for 10 minutes, add in the chopped onions and coriander, stir in the mince and cook for another 5minutes..
- Turn the heat off, and let it completely cool off..
- Mix the flour in some water to make a thick paste (This will act as glue in our samoosa pur).
