Butter chicken instructions

  1. Take a big pan add onion tomato es salt dry masala all ingredients except cream and masoori methi!.

  4. Now cool the gravy and pour extra water from a strainer it will use in the gravy take out bay leaves now grind with a vender or in mixy now again strain gravy ifany things means we need a creamy smooth gravy now add chicken in it !.
  5. Now take smooth puree and strained water and cover with lid cook with chicken till soft ! Now add little cream kasoori methi.
  6. Pour ina serving bowl and pour cream onit !Our restaurant style butter chicken is ready !Serve with roti nan and chapati!.
