Butter chicken step by step

  1. Add yougart in abowl mix salt and red chilli powder and garam masala.
  2. Mix 1 kg boneless chicken cubes in yougart mixture, mix well..
  3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. When chicken marinate. Add 3 table spoon butter in a pan.Add marinated chicken cover and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken tender and oil saparated..
  5. 4 tabsp oil in a pan add onion soute for 1 minute add g g paste.fry 30 seconds.
  6. Now add crushed green chilli and spices(salt red chilli powder cumin powder peprika powder and termaric).cook for 1 minute by addind little water..

  10. Now add marinated chicken.
