Butter chicken step by step
- Marinate chicken with yoghurt, chilli powder, tikka masala, oil, turmeric,coriander, cumin and ginger garlic paste and leave it for 30 minutes.
- In a pot heat the butter and add onion and sauté when it will golden add tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes and grind it because we need creamy texture.
- Now add marinated chicken and cook till chicken will tender and all the curry looks creamy texture.
- When curry cooked and thick add in fresh cream.
- If you like then you can give the charcoal smoke to marinated chicken.
- Serve with naan or rice.
