Butter Chicken step by step

  1. Take the boneless chicken and cut them to small cubes as shown in image.
  2. Now fry the chicken cubes till golden brown in a pan.
  3. Now cut all the tomatoes onions and mix all whole Spices.
  4. Put little Vegetable oil in the pan and put all the things together and cook for around 5 mins, add little salt red chilli powder and a hint of turmeric, add little water also.
  5. Now once the tomatoes and all others looks cooked partially let it cool and then grind them to make puree.
  6. Now take 2 cubed if butter in a pan and add the puree, add little Salt, little sugar and 2 more cubes of butter, you can add cream at this point if you want to.
  7. Now add the sauted chicken to the puree.
  8. Cover and cook for around 5/10 mins and then the Butter chicken is ready.
