Butter Chicken instructions
- In a large pan, heat the butter until it's frothy.
- Add the onions & the cinnamon to the pan & fry lightly.
- When the onions are soft,stir in the garlic & ginger..then add the turmeric,chilli & corainder.Sautè over a medium heat.
- Add the chicken & sautè stirring constantly until the chicken meat turns white.
- Add the ground almonds,tomatoes & tomato paste.
- Mix thoroughly,cover & shimmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Add the yoghurt & heat through gently before serving.
