- Prepare 1 of 9" Pie Crust.

- It's 1/4 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1 cup of Milk (2% or whole).
Egg Nog Custard Pie step by step
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Brush unbaked pie crust with egg white.
- Mix egg nog and milk in pot and scald the mixture.
- Add sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla into scalded mixture and mix it together til its a nice yellow.
- Pour into crust and bake for ten min on 450.
- While pie is still in oven turn oven to 300°F and bake for 45-50min.
