- It's 400 gms of Vermicelli or thin Sewaiyan roasted.
- It's 400 gms of Chicken Mince.
- It's 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 3 of Green Chillies finely chopped.
- It's 1 1/2 cups of Spring Onions chopped.
- It's 1/2 cup of Green Peas boiled.
- Prepare 1 of Onion finely chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt or to taste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
- Prepare 1 of small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped.

- In a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste along with chopped onions. Saute until the raw smell fades away. Do it on low heat only. Add spices now with Chicken mince to it. Add half of the chopped Spring Onions too. Reserve the rest for garnishing later..
- Cover and cook on a low heat until done. Since it's Chicken, it gets done very soon. Add boiled Green peas too..
- In the meantime, bring water to a rolling boil on a high heat for cooking the Vermicelli. Add some salt to it and add in roasted Vermicelli to it. Mix gently and cook until done for about 5-6 minutes. Keep aside. Add water as required. Do not add more of it..
- Add boiled Sewaiyan as a final step now. Mix gently and adjust Salt. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Spring Onions. Serve hot with boiled Eggs or some mashed Potatoes. Enjoy!.
