  8. You need 5 of black pepper corn.

  1. Soak 500gm sour rice (খাসার চাল) for half an hour.. Then strain all water from the rice and keep it aside.. Now take a kadai add 3 tablespoon mustard oil heat it and add 1 bay leaf, 2 dried red chilli, 2 sticks cinnamon, 5 green cardamom, 5 cloves, 5 black pepper corn, 2 teaspoon ghee saute the spices for a 30 second...
  2. Now add 10 chicken pieces marinated (45 minutes) with curd, salt, half teaspoon jeera paste, 1 teaspoon garam masala paste, 1 table spoon crushed dried fenugreek leaves.. Fry the chicken pieces until brown in colour... now add the rice and mix all well and fry until you get aroma of the rice mixed with spices chicken pieces..
